Shoal Beach Limited has drafted covenants' to protect the charm and beauty of this rural landscape. The building covenants' are there to protect your special coastal retreat and huge investment. The covenants minimum requirement is a house and garage inclusive, no less than 150sq m. There is no minimum price set on the building and welcome the typical kiwi bach.
A basic brief on covenants for the subdivision and proposed environmental plantings for the area are available.
