Shoal Beach Limited has drafted covenants' to protect the charm and beauty of this rural landscape. The building covenants' are there to protect your special coastal retreat and investment. The covenant's minimum requirement of 150sq m includes the garage. There is no minimum price set on the building and welcome the typical kiwi bach.
