A dedicated waste water treatment facility to return and reticulate treated grey water back to the residences for toilet water saves an impressive amount of precious rain water. The grey water is also reticulated into the irrigation system for the native planting in and around the common grounds.
The system is managed by a sophisticated computer system via the internet to ensure the correct balance within the system remains at a optimum eco-friendly status.
Common Ground
Each section borders onto the common ground where the residents are free to walk or use as play areas. With the absence of fences the lawns meld into the common ground which is mown by the management society. Common ground allows all section owners to access the beach from their section. The common ground is planted in thousands of natives and makes for great walking areas within the development and along the river.
